At Sold2Day (a trading name of CASH4HOMESUK LIMITED, company number 16895921) we are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong we want to hear about it so we can put things right and improve our standards. We are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and follow their Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents.
Stage 1 — Raise it with us in writing
Please put your complaint in writing including as much detail as possible. Send it to:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt.
Stage 2 — Investigation
Your complaint will be investigated thoroughly by a senior member of staff who was not directly involved in the matter. We will issue a full written response — our "formal written outcome" — within 15 working days of the acknowledgement.
Stage 3 — Review
If you remain dissatisfied with our Stage 2 response, please write to us within 28 days requesting a review. A director will then carry out a separate review and provide a final viewpoint letterwithin a further 15 working days. This letter will confirm our final position and your right to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman.
Stage 4 — Referral to The Property Ombudsman
If you are still not satisfied after receiving our final viewpoint letter (or if more than 8 weeks have passed since you first raised the complaint), you may refer it to The Property Ombudsman free of charge. You must do so within 12 months of our final viewpoint letter.
